Colour is energy.
You will find yourself drawn to one colour more than others. We
use it all the time. The energy vibration of that colour is what
you need, at this moment, to improve and balance your emotional
state. Quantum scientists know that light-energy is the basis
for everything on earth. Psychologist have always theorised that
colour has a deep effect on mood or feeling. Research suggests
that your choice of colour can affect your being and shifts in
moods can change your colour preferences. There are numerous way
to balance with colour. The rule of thumb is to 'let energy
follow thought'. By focussing on one colour, the visualisation
of that colour will emanate energy from your mind and begin to
change the frequency that resonates with that particular colour.
Colour has even been used to heal
and aid the sick. The sun's rays when passed through a spectrum,
radiates a range of colours that has very good healing qualities.
Light consists of the seven colour energies - Red, orange, yellow,
green, blue, indigo and violet. Each colour or a combination of
colours has its own vibration. Thus while one colour could be
good for you, it could have an adverse effect on another person.
Besides, too much exposure to the colour may prove counterproductive.
Colour is nothing but a unique interpretation
of a tiny shift in the wavelengths of visible light vibrating
at different speeds and frequencies. Objects that 'absorb' all
wavelengths and 'do not' reflect any, is black. Objects that 'reflect'
all wavelengths and 'does' reflect everything is white. Between
black and white lies COLOUR. When an object reflects a shade of
a colour to your retina, it forms impulses that travel as coded
messages to your brain, thereby releasing hormones, altering metabolism,
sleep, habits and temperature patterns. So, we don't just see
colours, we feel them mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
They empower us with their vibrations and transform nature's energy
into personal realisation.

effectively use colour to give you the extra boost of energy when
you need it. Red evokes passion. Blue pacifies us. And in between
flourishes the infinite shades of truth and wisdom.
