Colour is energy. You will find yourself drawn to one colour more than others. We use it all the time. The energy vibration of that colour is what you need, at this moment, to improve and balance your emotional state. Quantum scientists know that light-energy is the basis for everything on earth. Psychologist have always theorised that colour has a deep effect on mood or feeling. Research suggests that your choice of colour can affect your being and shifts in moods can change your colour preferences. There are numerous way to balance with colour.
